We have always admired Omawunmi's work and she happens to be one of the most gifted RnB artist in Nigeria. She emerged in the music scene after she contested for the West African Idol (years back). Although Timi Dakolo won the contest, omawunmi showed the entire world that music is what she does best and she's here to stay.

Her hit single "in the music" was something extra-ordinary. Not only was it upbeat, it had a south African vibe to it. Everyone has since anticipate the release of an album.

She finally graced us with an album titled Wonder Woman, the album is currently on sale @ notjustok. Here's what Omawunmi Megbele (wonder woman) had to say about this work of hers.

Omawunmi - I choose wonder woman 1stly cos someone always calls me that and please don't ask me who that is. 2ndly the album is multi genred and my personality even surprises me sometimes so I called it that so people can get an idea of who I am. If you notice my album cover,I tried to achieve a mona lisa look cos that really describes my personality-serious yet playful.

OE - (smiles) okay, if you were to describe this album in one word, what would you say?

Omawunmi - If I wanted to describe my album in one word, it will be...hmmnn...wonderous!(Lol).

OE - Lastly, any message for the fans?

Omawunmi - Final word to my fans- thanx for loving for believing and God bless. For those aspiring in this field, remember that perseverance is the key 'no be stone, na beans, one day e must done'.
